The Warrior Way birth coaching helps you prepare for birth mind, body and spirit. You are given tools to help prepare mentally, physically & spiritually. Women are powerful and childbearing is one of our superpowers. Trainings include breathing techniques, yoga poses, affirmations, tips for bonding, diet, herbal remedies, emotional release, healing & more. The goal is a safe, natural and comfortable pregnancy, labor, birth and postpartum. Family, friends and birth workers can also learn The Warrior Way to birth to support mamas in pregnancy, birth and postpartum.
